Starting to be freaked out about finding a place to live, figured I’m gonna stay in the city I’m in because I don’t really have any alternatives. I kinda wanna stay at the house I’m in too but I dunno if I can come up with three people to fill the empty rooms and don’t wanna live with Randos.
Buuuut an artist collective house thing is looking for tenants, and it’s fairly cheap, and I’d kinda know the people there enough to know they’re decent,
and there’s a lotta shows there n shit I’d get to see for free
but
-even thought I’ve been drawing and painting a lot since September I feel like I am not enough of a Real Artist to be there. (And srsly I do not think of myself as an artist, I don’t even know if what I do could count as “art” [but blahblahblah what does that even mean etc]) Buuuuut regardless it would be nice to be around people who are doing art a lot, I think it would inspire me to do it more. Although it would also be super intimidating being around talented people
- my pseudo ex-girlfriend (it wasn’t really a real relationship but I don’t know what else to call her… ex-non-girlfriend?)’s best friend lives there. That was summer 2010 but it’s still awkward even seeing that crowd around town.
but if I’d MUCH rather live there than with terrifying randoms.
but I don’t wanna seem like I’m stalking her. muhrrr.
Maybe I should move back in with my family. Just kidding!
